INTERIOR

Interior work refers to the phase of a project where the inside of a building is finished to meet the design specifications, functionality requirements, and aesthetic vision of the client. This phase is where structure becomes a livable, usable, and visually appealing space. It often requires precise coordination, attention to detail, and close collaboration with specialty trades.

EXTERIOR

Exterior work covers all building activities on the outside of a structure—shaping its curb appeal, ensuring its durability, and protecting it from the elements. This phase blends structural integrity with visual impact and often involves managing both heavy construction tasks and fine finishing details.
